A Secret To Share: Mesa De Moctezuma

The dinner that Moctezuma presented to Cortez has been researched through a project, lead by the Academia Mexicana de Gastronomia and El Club Industrial de Mexico, by both anthropologist and gastronomic experts. Now, for the first time in United States history, the meal that opened the doors between two worlds will be shared with us. We hope that you can join us at the Field Museum's Las Americas exhibit. The event was recently unveiled in Spain to great success and press coverage. We are sure that this special cultural and history making event will be just as successful at the Field Museum in Chicago.
